A technique, a concept, a philosophy, a practice and a life style. MAGAN means “I will heal myself” in mina*. It is the path to healing any discomfort, stress, weakness and qualm that one might have accumulated in the body and spirit.
It is not just a workout routine and or a relaxation technique to keep the body in shape. It is also a faith concept, hope and joy filled with positivity and respect towards all beings around us, harmony with the environment and nature.
MAGAN can be practiced by people of all ages, children, young and old without distinction of race, religious affiliation, occupation and social status. It has been said to also carry enormous therapeutic virtues and a true sense of responsibility for one’s health focused on a meticulous work on the joints, muscles and specifically on the spine while using all the natural elements (water, fire, ground, air).
